Some of the things people are most excited to see is I have a large attached garage, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a convenient laundry area, and private deck all in 1,407 square feet and no condo fees! ![Parker Lower Level](https://blog.rohithomes.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Parker%20Lower%20Level.jpg?width=600&name=Parker%20Lower%20Level.jpg) My main floor is also wide open between the kitchen, dining, and living room so you can invite plenty of friends and family over. I’m also very versatile! My lower floor den can be an office or exercise space, and if there are any spare bedrooms they can be used for a reading room, or fill any other need! I’m particularly excited that not one, but two, brand new K-9 schools are planned for the area and to meet all the new families!
